Tradition meets the taste
In 1971 Taricisio Moretti (known by the name of Balan) with his wife, Adelina, in the small village of Malisana creates a reality of traditional Friulian dishes, grilled meat, grilled, homemade pasta and game.
Children grow and Roman, Claudius, Tiziana and Susi are increasingly on their side.
In 1987 the business moved to San Giorgio di Nogaro and the traditional menu is renewed giving way to a menu that still today mostly fish purchased daily at the fish market of Marano Lagoon.
Today the café is entirely passed to his daughters and grandson.
